Scope tiers
What each tier includes
Every tier lists its exact deliverables, the specifications they meet, and the schedule they run on. Nothing is included by implication.
Assessment tier
Scope audit, requirements register, and written specification. Delivered in two to three weeks with a signed scope document.
Implementation tier
Configuration, integration, and testing against the agreed specification. Milestones are set per phase with named deliverables.
Operations tier
Monitoring, documented runbooks, and scheduled reviews. Service levels and response windows are stated in the agreement.
