Welcome to WebEarth.store. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to our website and your purchase or use of our website development and related digital services.
By accessing our website, submitting a project enquiry, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
WebEarth.store offers website development and related digital services, which may include:
Portfolio websites.
Business websites.
E-commerce websites.
Landing pages.
Website design and development.
Website customisation and maintenance, where offered.
Other digital services agreed upon with the customer.
The exact scope, features, pricing, delivery timeline, and technical requirements will be communicated before a project begins.
A project will be considered confirmed after the customer accepts the applicable quotation or service package and completes the agreed payment or initial deposit.
Customers must provide accurate contact details and the information required to complete their projects.
We reserve the right to decline a project where we cannot reasonably provide the requested service or where the request is unlawful.
All prices will be communicated before purchase. Applicable taxes, third-party charges, domain registration fees, hosting fees, premium themes, plugins, and other external costs will be disclosed where relevant.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payment must be made through the payment method specified by WebEarth.store.
Work may begin after the agreed payment or advance has been received.
Additional features or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Third-party subscription or renewal fees are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included in the package.
Any payment terms specifically agreed in a written quotation will take precedence over conflicting general payment terms in this section.
Estimated delivery dates will be communicated based on the project’s scope and requirements.
Delivery may depend on the timely receipt of content, images, logos, approvals, credentials, and other materials from the customer.
Delays caused by missing information, late approvals, third-party providers, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect the delivery date.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed about significant delays.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate business information and website content.
Ensuring that supplied text, images, logos, and other materials may legally be used.
Providing timely feedback and approvals.
Maintaining the security of account credentials shared with them.
Ensuring that their website content and business activities comply with applicable laws.
Customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information or payment card details through ordinary email or contact forms.
The number of revisions, if any, included in a package will be stated in the relevant quotation or package description.
A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the originally agreed design or functionality. New pages, major redesigns, additional features, or changes to the approved scope may be treated as additional work and charged separately after customer approval.
Domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, premium themes, plugins, email services, payment gateways, and other third-party services are subject to their respective providers’ terms.
Where these services are included in a package, the duration, limitations, renewal charges, and ownership arrangements will be communicated as applicable.
We are not responsible for independent third-party outages, policy changes, price increases, service suspensions, or failures beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with issues relating to services we have supplied.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Customers retain ownership of content, logos, images, and materials they provide, subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images, and software remain subject to their original licences.
Ownership or usage rights for the custom website deliverables will be governed by the relevant quotation, package description, or written agreement.
WebEarth.store retains rights to its pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods, and materials that are not exclusively created for the customer.
Customers must not use our branding, content, or proprietary materials without permission.
Cancellation and refund requests must be sent to support@webearth.store.
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the work completed, the agreed payment terms, and applicable law.
For custom website development, work may begin immediately after project confirmation. Where work has already been completed, any refund assessment may take into account the services delivered and reasonable costs already incurred, to the extent permitted by law.
If WebEarth.store is unable to deliver a confirmed service, we will discuss an appropriate resolution with the customer, which may include a refund for the undelivered portion where applicable.
Third-party domain, hosting, software, or subscription charges may be non-refundable under the relevant provider’s terms. This does not exclude any refund or remedy required by applicable law.
Please refer to our separate Refund & Return Policy, if published on our website, for additional details.
Ongoing maintenance, technical support, security monitoring, updates, backups, and future modifications are included only where stated in the selected package or a separate written agreement.
Customers are responsible for renewals and maintenance not expressly included in their purchase.
You agree not to use our website or services to:
Conduct unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
Distribute malware or attempt unauthorised access to systems.
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Publish content that violates applicable law.
Interfere with the security or proper functioning of our website or services.
We may suspend work or refuse assistance for unlawful or abusive requests, subject to applicable law and any contractual obligations.
We will use reasonable care and skill when providing our services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WebEarth.store will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or third-party service interruptions arising from the use of our services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. Any other limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant written agreement.
Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you should review that policy to understand how your information is handled.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions when our services, business practices, or legal obligations change.
The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes will not remove rights that customers are entitled to under applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.
If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication. Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable law.
